The National Monuments Service's description
Located on a NW-facing slope of the NE-SW ridge of Annagh Hill. Circular grass-covered area (diam. 33.5m E-W) defined by earthen bank (at W: Wth 4m; int. H 0.4m; ext. H 1.2m) separated by a fosse (at W: Wth of top 5m) from an outer bank (at W: Wth 4m; int. H 0.4m; ext. H 0.3m), which has been destroyed SE-SW (max. ext. diam. c. 50m). There is no visible entrance.
The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Wexford' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1996). In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research.
