This site is located in the industrial peatlands of Toar Bog. The sighting was recorded in the 2013 Re-assessment Peatland Survey as a NW–SE orientated brushwood togher, located on the field surface and traced at two sightings on opposite sides of the same production field. It was composed of mainly longitudinally laid brushwood elements that were in poor condition. Sighting A was longitudinally laid (elements max. L1.09m, Diam. 0.06-0.6m). Sighting B was composed of closely placed NE-SW orientated brushwood elements (max. L1.35m, Diam. 0.01-0.04m). The peat was moderately humified and Sphagnum-rich with Eriophorum, Calluna and Carex inclusions (Whitaker 2014). A fragment of hazel was chosen for AMS dating and returned a result of cal. AD 1306–1413 (UBA 26615).
