The National Monuments Service's description
The site (Wth 1.93m; D 0.28m min.) consists of a band of mixed brushwood. The pieces lie mostly in a N-S direction but the orientation of the site is unclear. A single upright is noted. The wood is more concentrated towards the SW side of the site. There is no evidence for woodworking. The wood is in good condition and sits in moderately humified Sphagnum and Eriophorum peat. The site is the most N of ten closely situated sites along a 12m length of this drain face, including SMR WM039-222---- 3.7m to the SW.
