The National Monuments Service's description

Twenty pieces of mixed brushwood (Wth 1.52m; D 0.43m). The majority of the pieces are parallel and closely set. Six pieces are scattered at a lower level. The wood is in poor condition and there is a single metal-cut toolmark evident. The main body of the site lies within poorly humified Sphagnum peat with ericaceous remains. The lower elements sit in moderately humified Sphagnum peat with ericaceous remains. SMR WM034-023---- is located 2.4m to the NE and SMR WM034-025---- lies 3.6m to the SW.
