The National Monuments Service's description

Situated on the NW side of the R391 regional route between Horseleap and Dysart. Discovered 6th May 1985 in a trench which had been dug to divert a small stream during road widening operations. Not depicted on OS mapping. Burial inspected by the ASI in 1985 and described as only a few small in-situ fragments. Most of the burial had been disturbed during the excavation of the temporary channel. The skull, jawbone, fragments of arm, ribs etc. had been collected by workmen and given to the ASI at the time of inspection. The burial was located in a gravelly subsoil about 0.4m below the present ground-level, with no indication of a pit, mound or any other archaeological feature associated with it. No artefacts were found.
