The National Monuments Service's description
Situated in pasture. A ringfort (WM030-055----) lies c. 130m to NW. Depicted on the 1837 OS 6-inch map as a small circular-shaped earthwork. Depicted on the revised 1910 ed. OS 25-inch map as a small circular-shaped earthwork which is defined by a field boundary from E-S-SW. Monument is visible today as a roughly oval-shaped tree-lined earthwork on Digital Globe aerial photography.
