The National Monuments Service's description
Located in the middle of a low-lying field with open field drain leading off the well to the SE. Concrete steps lead down to the well. No visible sign of any votive offerings at the well. Depicted as 'St. Bridgid's Well' on all editions of the OS 6-inch maps.
