The National Monuments Service's description

Situated in relatively low-lying pasture and tillage. Enclosure (WM026-059----) and church site (WM026-059001-) lie c. 75m to E. Trivallate monument described as an unusually small, circular-shaped area (diam. 23m) enclosed by a well preserved inner bank, an intervening fosse, an intervening bank and in part, an outer fosse and an outer bank. The innermost bank is broad and rises slightly above the interior and drops appreciably to a wide and deep, flat-bottomed intervening fosse. The intervening bank is broad and high and the outer fosse is wide, yet shallow. A much slighter outer bank is visible from SSW-SW-W. A gap (Wth at top 5.4m; basal Wth 2.8m) in the inner bank and gap (Wth at top 4.2m; basal Wth 2.3m) in the intervening bank at SE presumably represents the entrance. The interior has a slight SE-facing slope. A modern field wall, running roughly N-S, bisects the monument and the land to the W of this is pasture while the field on the E side is tilled, which may accounts for the absence of the third bank around the E half of the perimeter. A modern field fence running NE-SW extends just outside the outer bank at NW. Monument visible today on Digital Globe aerial photography as a roughly circular-shaped tree-planted earthwork, in tillage, which is enclosed from S-W-N by a farm trackway.
