The National Monuments Service's description
Situated in undulating grassland with a number of low rises in the area marked on the OS 6-inch map. Killadroughan church (WM008-090----) and graveyard (WM008-090001-) 400m to SE. Depicted as a 'Ruin' on Larkin’s 1808 Map of County Westmeath (NLI, MS 46,580). No surface remains visible. Small square crop mark visible on Digital Globe aerial photograph may be the remains of the 'Ruin' marked on Larkin's 1808 map.
