The National Monuments Service's description

Possible holy well associated with the site of the Early Christian monastery (WM007-008002-) of Ceall Tóma/Tuama founded by Ninnidh Láimhiodhan of the Ceinéal Laoghaire whose feastday fell on the 13th of November (Masterson 1998, 43-4; Ó Riain 2011, 516). Kiltoom church (WM007-008----), graveyard (WM007-008001-) and possible ecclesiastical enclosure (WM007-008002-) 220m to W. No surface remains visible of possible holy well, marked Toberawaugh on 1837 ed. OS 6-inch map.
