The National Monuments Service's description

Situated on a prominent natural rise in pasture-land with good views of the surrounding hills. Ringfort (WM007-064----) 215m to NNE. An oval-shaped area (approx. diam. 34m N-S; 39m E-W) enclosed by a poorly preserved earthen bank, steep wide flat-bottomed fosse and outer bank, disturbed at N where an E-W field fence intersects the monument. There are several disturbance gaps in both banks. The entrance at S is represented by a gap in the inner bank (Wth 2.2m), a causeway (Wth 2.3m; H 0.4m) across the fosse and a gap in the outer bank (Wth 1.3m). The interior has slight traces of cultivation ridges which run N-S.
