The National Monuments Service's description
Situated on the steep bank of a small stream 150m NW of a church site (WI040-011002-). A natural spring with no associated features although its name indicates a dedication to St Brigid.
The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Wicklow' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1997). In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research.
