The National Monuments Service's description
Situated on a very gentle ENE-facing slope in grassland. In the SW sector of an oval enclosure are several small, uninscribed grave-markers set in rows and a granite cross-slab (WI039-022003-). The enclosure (dims. 45m NE-SW; 30m NW-SE) is defined by an earthen bank, with external drystone facing on the better preserved SW side, (Wth 2.5-3.2m; int. H 0.4-1.2m; ext. H 0.9m) and a shallow external fosse (Wth 2m; D 0.8m) which is not visible at the NE. There are two gaps in the bank; that at the N (Wth 2m) appears to have drystone facing, and that at the S (Wth 1.45m) has bank terminals and a probable causeway over the fosse with a ramp leading up to the interior.
