The National Monuments Service's description

A schist flagstone (L 88cm; Wth at base 73cm; Wth at top 40cm; T 4-6cm) which has been reused as a headstone in the southern part of the graveyard (WI039-011002-), close to the entrance gate. On one face of the stone are 14 cupmarks. Eight of these are reasonably large, with the two largest measuring 7cm and 8cm across and 3cm deep, while the others average 5cm across. The remaining cupmarks are much smaller and shallower. Along one edge of the stone the remains of a former circle arcs around one of the cupmarks. A significant amount of surface of the stone has peeled away. On the opposite face of the stone are two cupmarks confined to one corner of the narrower end of the stone. Weathering here may also have removed further decoration on this face.
