The National Monuments Service's description

Located in the W part of graveyard (WI039-011002-), a decorated stone (0.64m x 0.43m; T 0.32m) the flat face of which has a series of faint circles that have been formed by light pecking. There are at least three conjoined circles at the top of the stone, below these is a circle with a pock mark at the centre and beside this is a pair of conjoined circles. At the bottom of the stone is another circle with two internal pock marks. The circles range from 9cm to 11cm in diameter (Corlett 2013, 12).
