The National Monuments Service's description
A burnt mound (20m x 15m), four troughs (two of which were wood lined) and at least four hearths were excavated here in 2006 in advance of the construction of the landfill (Excavation Licence 06E0552 (area 7)). Radiocarbon dates of 1770–1600 BC and 1380–1120 BC were obtained from the site. (Frazer 2009, 571)
