Ballynabarney, Sites 8 (WI025-054----) and 9 (WI025-056----).
Excavation of an area of c.80m by 40m by Audrey Gahan (02E0547) revealed numerous pits, post-holes, stake-holes, a 'house structure' (diam c.10m), 'several ring-ditches', an open-ended rectangular structure and large amounts of Bronze Age pottery (Bennett 2004, 531-2)
