The National Monuments Service's description

Located to the SE of nave and chancel church (WI023-028001-) close to the S boundary wall of the graveyard (WI023-028004-). Described by Harbison (1992, 96) as ‘near the south-east corner of Reefert church (WI023-028001-) there is a cross of shale about 1.90 m tall and measuring 69 cm across the arms. At the centre of the imperforate ringed head there is a cross with expanding terminals placed in a circle. There are knots of interlace in the expanded terminals and also between the arms of the cross’.
