The National Monuments Service's description
Located: 2.6m NE of NE corner of chancel of church (WI023-028001-). Described by Healy (1972, 78) as a ‘large Latin cross of mica-schist partly sunk in the ground. It is one metre high above ground level, 0.7m wide and 0.09m thick’. In Healy's photo of the cross a second cross can be seen in the background apparently leaning against the against the E wall of the nave of the church - this is Leask's Fig. 18 f (WI023-028010-) and was not located. (Leask 1950, fig. 18f, 40-1) (Healy 1972, No. 216, 78).
