The National Monuments Service's description
On a steep-sided NE-SW ridge occupying an area of c. 14ha. A series of banks and fosses and trackways associated with a motte and bailey (WI020-010----) which lies at the SW end of the ridge and a possible moated site (WI020-025----) at the NE end.
