The National Monuments Service's description
Situated on a gentle NW-facing slope, but all field banks in its vicinity have been removed. Circular grass-covered area (diam. 32m E-W; 31.4m) defined by an earth and stone bank (Wth 3-5.5m), which is best preserved E-S (max. int. H 0.9m; max. ext. H 1.5m). The entrance cannot be identified, and there is no visible fosse. The earthwork (WA038-003001-) and souterrain (WA038-004----) are c. 170m to the N.
