The National Monuments Service's description

Located on a slight rise in an undulating landscape. The parish church of Whitechurch (WA030-017001-) was within a rectangular, neglected graveyard (WA030-017002-) defined by stone-clad earthen banks. There no evidence of the archtectural fragments (WA030-017003-) or the graveslab of Catherine Hyde, inscribed in roman capitals and probably 17th century in date, described by Power (1898a, 88-9).

Power, Rev. P. (1898a) Ancient ruined churches of Co. Waterford, WAJ 4, 83-95, 195-219.
