The National Monuments Service's description
A souterrain (WA024-033004-) associated with the perimeter of an ecclesiastical enclosure (WA024-033003-) at the N contained ten ogham stones which are now preserved at the site.
This stone (recorded as 'greenstone', 1.49m x 0.34m x 0.17m converted from Macalister 1945) was the sixth lintel over the entrance and now stands with the other lintels beside the souterrain. Macalister (1945, 271-2, no 275) read the ogham inscription as: CUNALEGEA MAQI C[….]SALAR CELI AVI QVECI. (Moore 1999, 1487)
This stone has been studied as part of the ‘Ogham in 3D’ project undertaken by the School of Celtic Studies, Dublin Institute for Advanced Studies. To access details go to the following website: https://ogham.celt.dias.ie/search.php?ciic=275
