The National Monuments Service's description

Marked as a circular graveyard on the 1840 and 1923 eds of the OS 6-inch map, and situated on a S-facing slope. Described by Power (1952, 44) as an early church site with a circular enclosure, this is an overgrown circular area (diam. 39m) defined by a masonry wall with a few burials visible.

Power, Rev. P. (1952) The placenames of the Decies. (second ed.) Cork University Press.

The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Waterford' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1999). In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research.
