The National Monuments Service's description
Situated on a SW-facing slope. Overgrown subcircular area (dims. 31m NE-SW; 28m NW-SE) defined by an earthen bank best preserved NNW-NE (max. Wth 4.7m; int. and ext. H 1.6m at N (upslope)), which is reduced almost to a scarp (H 0.8m at SE to max. H 1.7m at SW) elsewhere. The entrance (Wth 1.8m) is at NNE with a stone facing on the N side. There is no visible fosse, and the site is planted with trees.
