The National Monuments Service's description
In rolling pasture on a SE-facing slope. According to Power (1908, 69), this field was called 'field of the early church'. The church was possibly located within a large oval enclosure (TS086-001001-), which is known locally as a burial ground (TS086-001003-). There is no visible trace of this church above ground.
