The National Monuments Service's description

On a gradual E-facing slope just below flat-topped summit of ridge in undulating terrain, under tillage. Identified as a rectilinear enclosure (TS083-030----) on an aerial photograph (ASIAP (28) 10, 11) with associated field system. Low undulations in the field may be associated with the enclosure and field system, however, there is no discernible pattern. According to landowner the area occupied by the enclosure is 'stickier' than rest of field. Field system is not visible at ground level.
