The National Monuments Service's description
In the external yard N of the church of the Franciscan friary (TS083-019003-). This circular limestone stoup (dims. 0.48m x 0.42m; rim Wth 0.06m; H 0.37m) is decorated in high relief with four, equally spaced lugs in the form of ram's heads with vineleaves dropping from each ram's horns. Around the lower portion of the stoup there is a band, beneath which there is an encircling row of elaborate fleur-de-lys. This sculpted piece possibly dates to the 17th century.
