The National Monuments Service's description
On a natural hillock in gently undulating pastureland, land falling gradually to SW. Small area of quarrying, now grassed over, c. 7m N of N wall. The graveyard associated with Garryntemple church (TS082-049----) is not visible at ground level, nor is it indicated on the 1st (1843) or 2nd (1904-5) ed. OS 6-inch map. According to the OSL 'The graveyard is tilled and now producing cabbages and turnips, the human bodies being resolved into their ultimate (component) elements' (Flanagan 1930, vol. 1, 42-3).
