The National Monuments Service's description

Near the end of a SSE spur in the Galty mountain range, with the main summit of the mountain to the NNW. There is a sharp fall to the SW and NE. There is outcrop to the SSE of the cairn with some recent cairn constructions. A cairn (TS075-064----) is visible on a mountain peak to the E. A low, discreet cairn (dims. 6.8m N-S; 7.3m E-W; H 0.3-0.5m) almost completely covered with grass and heather.
