The National Monuments Service's description
Within the medieval church (TS069-036----) and graveyard (TS069-036001-) at the N end of the village of Rosegreen. A tapering limestone graveslab (L 1.19m; T 0.15m; Wth at top 0.575m; Wth at base 0.35m) lying in a recumbent position partially on the collapsed S wall of the church, near the E gable, with the lower portion partially embedded in the ground within the church interior. The graveslab is chamfered on all visible sides with an unusually steep chamfer (Wth 0.055-0.06m). No surface decoration or inscription could be discerned.
