The National Monuments Service's description

In pasture, on a S-facing slope, overlooking rough pasture to the S. Identified during field survey by Alison McQueen and Vera Rahilly (5 December 2008). A circular area (diam. 6m) defined by a shallow fosse (Wth 1.8m; D 0.15m). The interior slopes down to the S with the prevalent slope and is 0.1m below the external ground level. There is a shallow drain running NE-SW c. 3m to the NW and a field fence and deep land drain c. 10m to the E.
