The National Monuments Service's description

In improved pasture, on a gentle SSE-facing slope due S of a large pond and due SW of a rectangular shelter belt. Identified during field survey by Alison McQueen and Vera Rahilly (28 November 2008). A circular area (dims. 6m N-S; 5.25m E-W) defined by a very shallow, indistinct fosse (Wth 2.0m; D 0.05m), which is shared with an adjoining ditch barrow (TS066-176001-) to the SSW. The fosse is more defined in the NE quadrant where the monument has been cut slightly into the SSE-facing hillslope. The interior is flatter than that of the adjoining barrow and is tilting gently downslope to SSE with the prevalent slope.
