The National Monuments Service's description
In improved level pasture, on a low rise of a gently undulating field. Identified on aerial photograph (Ordnance Survey 2396/7). Circular area (dims. 8m N-S; 7.5m E-W) defined by remains of shallow fosse (basal Wth 1.0m; overall Wth 2.4m; D 0.1m) and levelled external bank (Wth 3.9m; int. H 0.1m; ext. H 0.15m) best defined NNE-ENE. Interior level in centre and falling gently to shallow fosse.
