In level pasture, land falling gently to W and S. Circular area (dims. 24.5m N-S; 26m E-W) raised (H 1.15m) above external ground level and defined by scarp (Wth 3.4m; H 1.85m) ESE-S-W-N. Base of scarp stepped at W due to erosion by cattle and scarp is slightly lower either side of a broad causeway (Wth 10.5m) ENE-E. Well defined fosse (basal Wth 2.5m; overall Wth 8.05m; D 0.7m) E-S-W-NE is waterlogged. Interior slopes down gently to ENE toward causeway and blends in with slope of causeway. A ring-barrow (TS066-047005-) is cut into W-side of interior and ring-ditch (TS066-047004-) is c. 29m to the SE, with two other ring-ditches (TS066-047002-; TS066-047003-) c. 105m and c. 117m to the NW and NNE respectively.
