The National Monuments Service's description
In improved pasture, on a NE-facing slope with excellent views WNW-N-ESE. A circular area (dims. 32m N-S; 30m E-W) defined by a levelled bank, reduced to scarp (Wth 4m; H 1.1m) which is poorly preserved at NE and a fosse (basal Wth 1.1m; overall Wth 7.25m; D 0.25m) SW-N-NE. The interior has a slightly dished profile and falls steadily to NE with the prevalent slope. A field boundary to the W has been removed.
