In level pasture. Depicted on first (1840) edition OS 6-inch map as sub-circular area (dims.c. 38m NE-SW; c. 36m NW-SE) truncated by field boundary (long-axisNW-SE) across NE-arc. Monument is levelled to SW of field boundary and NE-arc is a semi-circular area (dims. 13m NW-SE; 5m NE-SW) defined by a scarp (Wth 1.2m; H 0.1m) and a fosse (overall Wth 2.7m; basal Wth 0.75m; D 0.2m) to NE.
