The National Monuments Service's description
In gently undulating pasture. Monument identified during ASI fieldwork. A circular area (dims. 4.75m N-S; 4m E-W) defined by fosse (Wth 2.55m; D 0.1m) best preserved NNW-SW. The fosse is slightly truncated on the exterior at W by a linear cultivation ridge (long axis generally N-S). Other similar ridges (Wth 1.4m; H 0.1m) in this area may be part of the field system in the deserted settlement (TS059-127----) of Kilfeakle. Pond c. 8m to N. A ringfort (TS059-128----) and enclosures (TS059-128001-; TS059-128002-) are located is c. 50-80m to SE.
