The National Monuments Service's description
In good, gently undulating pasture, adjoining a ringfort (TS059-128----) to the NE. A ditch-barrow (TS059-145----) is located c. 50m to the NW. A sub-rectangular area (dims. 66m E-W; 40m N-S) defined by a bank (Wth 8.2m; int. H 0.45m; ext. H 1.1m). The bank is best defined in the E and S quadrants, it is low (Wth 5m; int. H 0.1m; ext. H 0.45m) to the W and has been reduced to scarp (Wth 1.8m; H 0.5m) in the N sector. There are occasional breaches in bank. The bank of an adjoining enclosure (TS059-128002-) is partly incorporated into the W end of the S bank. A scarp (Wth 2.25m; H 0.2m) (long-axis N-S) extends across the interior from the S bank to the enclosure (TS059-128----) at the N. This forms an area (dims. 18m E-W; 14m N-S) within the SE quadrant. A low bank (L c. 40m; Wth 3.05m; int. H 0.65m; ext. H 0.2m) (long-axis E-W) flanks the monument to the SW and then turns at a right-angle to S and continues (long axis N-S) for 46m where it terminates.
