The National Monuments Service's description
On a slight E-facing slope in pasture. Barrow (TS057-020----) located 100m to the ESE. Circular area (diam. 4m) enclosed by an earthen scarped edge (Wth 1.1-1.4m; H 0.2-0.25m) with a shallow fosse (Wth at base 1.35m) and a low broad external earthen bank (int. H 0.25-0.3m; ext. H 0.1-0.3m; Wth at top 1.7-1.9m; overall Wth 4.3-4.9m). From NW-N the external bank and the outer edge of the fosse are virtually absent. The interior slopes very slightly facing SE.
