The National Monuments Service's description
In grassland on a SE-facing slope of rising ground in upland region with good views from SE through S to W, higher ground N. Barely visible outline of a circular enclosure (approx. diam. 35m E-W). A sketch plan and sections of the monument drawn in 1954 show a roughly circular area (overall dims. 150ft [c. 46m] N-S; 158ft [c. 48m] E-W) enclosed by a bank and outer fosse (OS Field Memorandums). Monument was levelled c. 1965 (Cahill 1982).
