The National Monuments Service's description

On flat pasture with good views in all directions. Identified on aerial photographs (CUCAP 19 July 1971, BGO 2 and GSI 8.4.1974, S. 584/3 and GB89.AB.06, 16 July 1989). Two ring-barrows (TS047-049----; TS047-049001-) are located 54m to the NE and E respectively. Best preserved of three ring-barrows with a small tree growing on top of the mound in the N quadrant. Ring-barrow (overall diam. 29m N-S) with circular flat-topped mound (base diam. 11.5m; top diam. 5m; H 0.6m) enclosed by an inner fosse (base Wth 1.5m; top Wth 3m; ext. H 0.7m) and outer bank (base Wth 6.5m; top Wth 2.6m; ext. H 0.15m).
