The National Monuments Service's description
On a slight NW-facing slope of rising ground in pasture with good views in all directions. The field boundary to the N which enclosed the monument is still intact. It was described in 1989 as a well-preserved but overgrown ringfort consisting of a circular platform (diam. 27m (90ft) enclosed by an earthen bank (Wth 9m (30ft); H 1.2m (4ft)) (McCormack 1989, 14). This levelled ringfort is not visible at ground level.
