The National Monuments Service's description
Situated at the E end of an E-W ridge in an upland area with extensive views. A raised circular area (diam. 56m N-S) defined by a scarp (ext. H 1-1.5m) and an external fosse (Wth 3.3m; D 0.5m) best preserved from S to W with a possible entrance gap at SW. Evidence of stone revetment occurs along the external face of the scarp at E.
