The National Monuments Service's description
Situated on a low rise of ground in undulating countryside with a nearby motte and bailey (TN005-021) to the SE. Marked as a small circular platform-type earthwork on the 184 ed. OS 6-inch map, but not indicated on subsequent editions of the OS 6-inch maps. Not visible at ground level.
