The National Monuments Service's description

Not included in the SMR (1989) but listed in the RMP (1995) and classified 'Cashel'. Not shown on any edition of the OS 6-inch map. In upland pasture, at the W edge of a terrace in the Bricklieve Mountains. A D-shaped area (19m N-S; 15m E-W) defined NNE-S by a ruined sod-covered stone wall (T 2m; H 0.4m) and on the straight W side by a limestone scarp marking a break of slope. The wall continues beyond the D-shaped area down the slope to W. The interior is level and crossed on its W edge by a field boundary wall. It is linked to a rectangular enclosure (SL040-217----) c. 8m to NE by two parallel ruined walls, 1.2m apart. This is probably not a cashel but may be a field, possibly part of a field system associated with an 18th/19th century deserted settlement (SL040-079---) to the NE. Two fields of ridge and furrow cultivation ridges were noted to NW.
