The National Monuments Service's description

On top of a drumlin in blanket bog, between Lough Bo and Lough Nasool. A raised oval area (int. diam. c. 85m NW-SE by c. 60m NE-SW) overgrown with gorse and enclosed by a poorly preserved earthen bank (Wth 2.5m; int. H 0.75m; ext. H 1.25m) and an external fosse (Wth 2m; D 0.5m). The SW arc of the enclosure is cut by a field boundary.
