The National Monuments Service's description
In pasture, on the SW-facing slope of a low rise. A subrectangular area (16m N-S; 20.5m E-W) defined on the N side by a linear earthen bank (Wth 3m; int. H 0.1m; ext. H 0.3m) with an external fosse (Wth 3m; D 0.1m), on the E side by a continuous scarp with a shallow external fosse and on the S and W sides by a curving scarp (H 0.3m).
