In pasture, on dry flat ground at the base of Knocknashee Mountain. A raised circular area (32.5m N-S; 31.5m E-W) enclosed by a flat-topped earthen bank (Wth 3.2m; int. H 0.4m; ext. H 1.8m). Foundations of a drystone wall (Wth 0.7m; H 0.2m) are evident on top of the bank, along the inner edge, NE-SE and along the NW arc. An external fosse (Wth 3m; D 0.2m) is evident along the NW arc.
