The National Monuments Service's description

Listed in the SMR (1989) and RMP (1995) and classified 'Sweathouse'. It is indicated as a small rectangular structure on the 1838 edition of the OS 6-inch map and as as a circular structure on the 1914 edition. There are no surviving upstanding remains visible. This is probably post-1700 AD in date.
